The Laurel Fire Department has taken delivery of a new 100ft Platform from Pierce Mfg. The new ?Tower 81? is a Pierce Dash 10? Raised Roof with seating for 6 and is powered by a CAT C13 525 HP engine and features a TAK 4 independent suspension and Side Roll Protection from Pierce Mfg.
The unit features:

300 Gallon Poly Tank
Roll-up Compartment Doors
Harrison 20KW Hydraulic generator
4 FRC 1500 Focus Lights (2 each side)
2 FRC 1500 Focus Lights at the Platform
2 FRC 1500 Focus Lights under the Platform
Large Storage Boxes mounted on the side of the Ladder

The new ?Tower 81? has Laurel?s new paint scheme of Black over Red with a Silver-Gray Ladder.
