Shorebased Rescue Class Held

The Delaware State Fire School conducted a Shorebased Rescue class at Laurel in late June. Approximately 20 students from Laurel, Indian River and Sharptown completed the training.
On Sunday, June 27th, evolutions were held in Broad Creek. Students did simulated rescues with inflated hose, rope bags, sleds and other devices used in the class.
