The Laurel Fire Department is proud to offer our Banquet Hall for rent to the public with large parking area. The Hall has approximately 7200 square feet of available indoor space to hold your event. We offer 6 ft round or 8 ft rectangular tables. Our hall has a maximum compacity of 400 people. The hall is also equipped with two drop-down screens and projectors, a public address system, and a full-service bar (additional fee each). We also offer our meeting room, which has a maximum capacity of 50 people for smaller events.

Our Banquet Hall has been used for many different types of events including Wedding Receptions, Banquets, Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Business Meetings, etc.  The hall is available for rent for weekday or weekend events. 

Hall Rental Prices 2026

Security Deposit- $300

Hall Rental- $1500 4 Hours (Includes 4-hour rental and 4-hour setup time) All events must be concluded by Midnight (12am) Additional rental time $100 per hour Additional setup time $50 per hour)

Non-Profit Rental- $900

Meeting Room Rental- $300

Bar setup with Bartender- $350

Screens and Projector- $175

$300 Deposit will be refunded once event has concluded and hall has been cleaned and inspected.

Hall is a Tobacco free facility including Vaping, Smoking, Chewing Tobacco. There is a Designated area outside for Tobacco Use

Use of the Kitchen is not allowed by renter or outside caterers. If the Fire Department Auxiliary provides meal for the event, there will be a discount of $200 off Hall rental.
