Truck vs. Pole

On September 17, 2005 at 0954, Station 81 was alerted for a MVC on Laurel Road. 81-Command responded with Deputy Chief Hill. Command arrived on scene to find a truck that struck a telephone pole, with the pole broken in half. The patient was out of the vehicle upon the arrival of 81-Command.
A-81 arrived on scene and began to package the patient and prepare for transport. Rescue 81 arrived on scene & assisted with patient care. One priority three patient was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Last unit cleared the scene at 1030 hours.
