Police Pursuit Ends In MVC

On Monday afternoon January the 23rd at approx. 1555 hours, the LFD was alerted for a MVC at Market and Popular streets in Town. Asst. Chief Brittingham responded in Command 81, and arrived on scene to find a two-vehicle collision. Ambulance A and B-81 arrived and Command advised of two patients. DSP and LPD Officers took the third into custody on scene. Fire/EMS crews extricated the patients out of the vehicle for transport to NMH. Firefighters cleaned debris from the scene, and the incident was placed under control at 1609 hours. Last units were in service at 1645 hours.
