Collision Sends Four to Hospital

On Sunday, October 29, 2006 Station 81 was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident on Mt. Pleasant Road just minutes after units cleared a MVA on County Seat Highway.

81- Command responded with Deputy Chief Hill. Both A & B 81 arrived on scene to find a two vehicle MVA. There were a total of four patients transported to various hospitals.

Wicomico Medic A-14 assisted and transported patients as well. Station 74 was alerted for a stand-by at Station 81. The crew from Rescue 81 secured the vehicles and assisted with patient care. 81-Command placed the situation under control and units cleared the scene.

Units Responding: A-81, B-81, Command 81, Medic A-14, B-74, Rescue 81, FP, and DSP.
