Training Exercise and Control Burn

The LFD was fortunate to get to burn down a house for new construction and get to utilize it for training. The house was in very good shape for its age, which allowed firefighters to get some good hands on training. Evolutions that were conducted were search and rescue, thermal imaging, and truck company skills. The training was capped off by watching the old farm house go up in flames, however it stood tall for quite sometime before coming down.
