In Remembrance of F/F EMT Michelle Smith - Delaware City

All of us at Laurel Fire Dept. extend our deepest Sympathy to the family, friends and brother firefighters of Michelle Smith. Michelle tragically lost her life while treating a patient at the scene of an MVC near the New Castle County Airport when a hit and run driver hit a police cruiser at the scene of the Motorcycle Accident. Our thoughts and prayers go to Michelle's family, especially her 12 year old daughter Emily.
