Laurel Fire Department Hosts Fire Prevention For Area Schools - North Laurel Elementary/Dunbar Elementary/Station 81

For the past week, members from the Laurel Fire Department visited several area schools to kick off Fire Prevention Safety Week. Members discussed safety tips such as smoke detectors, stop drop and roll and the technique for dialing 911 in the event of an emergency. Members spoke to roughly 1200 students in three days. Thanks for everyone who came out and thanks to all the schools and staff who allowed us to participate.
