Motor Vehicle Accident - Sussex Hwy

At 0142 Sussex EOC alerted Station 81 and Medic 102 for a MVA with injuries on Sussex Hwy south of Salt Barn Rd. Chief Hill responded in 81 Command and established Sussex Hwy command. Command advised incoming units to use caution because of debris in the roadway. A81's crew began care of the driver of the first car. Rescue 81 with Assistant Chief LeCates as Officer was assigned to assist. 81-4 with Captain Oliphant as Officer was assigned patient care of the two occupants of the SUV. An additional ambulance was request from Station 74 Delmar. All patients were packaged and transported and scene was placed under control as crews worked to clear debris from the roadway.
