Multiple Grass Fires - Old Stage Road

At appoximately 14:38 Station 81 was dispatched for an outside fire on Old Stage Rd just south of Gordy Rd. Command 81 went out with Deputy Mark Sheridan, while en route EOC reported that multiple calls reported several fires along the roadway due to a trailer being towed by a vehicle causing sparks on the roadway. Command requested an additional brush truck from Station 74 to assist with fires South of Salt Barn Road. Brush 81-0, Tanker 81, B-81 and Brush 74 all worked to put out appoximately half a dozen small fires along Old Stage Road in various locations.
