Firehouse Renovations - 10th St. Station

On Monday June 20th members of the Laurel Fire Dept. began the demolition phase for renovations of the main station. The members decided to undertake the project to help save costs on the project. Members have removed floor tiles, drop ceilings, wall paper and duct work from the banquet hall and kitchen area. Members have donated their time during the day and evenings while also answering several alarms during the week. The members still have more work to do and the renovations should begin soon. The Department would like to thank all the members that have helped so far.
