9/11 Memorial Truck - Lewes DE

On Saturday July 16th the Laurel Fire Dept. was one of many departments throughout the state along with the Red Knights, Blue Knights and American Legion Riders that escorted the 9/11 Memorial Truck from the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal to the American Legion Post 28. The procession left the terminal parking lot about 0945 and traveled with police escort non-stop to the Legion on John J Williams Hwy.. Along the route many people waved and saluted as the procession passed. The Memorial truck was part of the car show sponsored by the Legion.
