EMS Awards Banquet - Millsboro, DE

On Friday April 20, 2012 members of the SCEMS and SCVFAA joined together to present awards to area Fire/EMS personnel for outstanding service throughout 2011. Several members of the Laurel Fire Department attended this year’s banquet, with two members and one career staff personnel receiving awards. They are as follows:

Chief Jeff Hill was selected as the 2011 Fire Chief of the Year:

EMS Assoc. Member Deanna Loeb was selected as the District 108 EMT of the Year and SCVFAA EMT of the Year;

Leah Burge, Career EMT/Firefighter at Sta 81 was selected as the District 102 EMT of the Year.
