Engine 5 upgraded

In an effort to keep our fleet of apparatus in good condition, the Department sent our 1994 Engine Tanker to Wayside Body Shop in Denton, MD to address several areas on the roof of the cab that had started to corrode. Wayside identified several areas that needed to be fixed and would require a large portion of the cab roof to be repainted. The Department decided to have these areas repaired and changed the color of the roof to Black to match the other apparatus in the fleet. The goal for the Department is to have the Engine Tanker in-service for up to another 10 years to serve the community.
