Field Fire Scott Land Rd

On September 25th the LFD was alerted for a grass fire on Scott land road. Chief Engineer Mark Oliphant was in the area and arrived on scene first to find a grass fire spreading into a field. Brush 81-0 arrived and made quick work of the fire using its ground sweeps. Brush 81-1 arrived and assisted with extinguishment. E/T 81-5 arrived and provided manpower and additional water. The scene was placed under control in about 15 min.
