Three Injured In MVC On Seaford Road

On Sunday, February 25, 2007 at 1229 Sussex E.O.C. alerted Station 81 and Medic 102 for a vehicle accident on Seaford Road in the area of Bethel Road. A-81 arrived on scene and found a two vehicle MVA with a total of three patients. The crew from A-81 cancelled Medic 102.

Command arrived on scene and Captain J. Boyce established command. Command requested a third ambulance out of 71. Engine 81-2 arrived on scene and crews stabilized the vehicle. Engine 81-4 arrived shortly after and began extrication on patient number two in the small pick-up truck.

A total of two patients were transported to Nanticoke Hospital.

Units Responding: A-81, B-81, Medic 102, Command 81, A-71, Engine 81-2, Engine 81-4, Rescue 81, Fire Police, DSP.
