Assist Blades On Large Control Burn

On Saturday April the 8th the LFD assisted the Blades Fire Company on a large control burn in downtown Blades. Firefighters burned 4 large commercial buildings down, in preparation of extending growth to the town. It took approx 5 hours to complete this task. Seaford, Georgetown, Sharptown, and Marydel Fire Departments also assisted.
