Two Killed in Tractor-trailer Crash - Laurel Road and Old Stage Road

Members of the Delaware State Police Fatal Accident Reconstruction Team survey the scene of this accident in which 2 people were killed Wednesday morning on Route 24 and Old Stage Road in Laurel. According to police, the tractor trailer was traveling eastbound on Laurel Road when the Plymouth Neon stopped at a stop sign northbound on Old Stage Road. The Neon then pulled into the path of the tractor trailer, which crashed into the driver's side of the car. The man and woman in the car died at the scene.
