LFD Supports Fire Prevention Week Activities

Fire Prevention Week 2014 is lead by the National Fire Protection Association.  This year's theme is "Working Smoke Alarms Save Lives".  The chances of dying in a fire in a home is reduced by as much as 80% if working smoke alarms are present.
