MVC on Sussex Highway

Saturday night the Laurel Fire Department, along with SCEMS were alerted for MVC reported head on in the area of horsey road and Sussex highway. First arriving units found a 2 vehicle collision with one patient, and a abandoned vehicle where the occupants fled. One patient was transported with non life threatening injuries. Northbound Highway was shut down for roughly a hour while DSP investigated.
